The new plant-area of Guangdong Huachang Aluminum Manufactory
Co. Ltd. is located in Changhongling Industry Garden Dali Town
Nanhai District Foshan City, covering an area 300Mu, adjacent
to Hongling Road and the State Highway 321, at a distance of
40Km to New Airport Guangzhou in the north and 8Km to Foshan
urban district in the south and 15 Km to Guangzhou in the east,
and convenient in traffic.
The layout of new plant-area consists of three parts: Producing
area, office area and living area.
The designed productivity of the producing area is 80,000
tons of aluminum profile per year, equipped with 20 extrusion
production lines from 800T to 4000T, 2 oxidizing electrophoresis
production lines of vertical type, 2 powder spurt-smearing production
lines of vertical type, 1 spurt-smearing production line of
fluorin-carbon paint, 1 production line of heat-insulation profile,
1 reprocessing workshop and 1 mould-manufacturing center. Our
product are widely applied in all industrial fields like architecture,
traffic and transportation, electronic and electrical appliances,
aviation and spaceflight and communication etc..
The office area contains an intellectualized administrative
official building, a physical-and-chemical inspection center
at provincial level, a research and development center and a
training center.
The living area will contain a lake with an area of 30Mu,
high-standard dinning hall, staff dormitory, and the libratory
and culture-sport site etc. for the staffs. |
