This enterprise has accumulated

up the research and development centre with clear functions since
1996 (under jurisdiction of the technological quality department).
The research and development centre has four departments such as new
produce development centre, deep-processing center of door and window
, information centre and process group etc. to undertakes in full-time
the relevant research and development works by a group of scientific
research personnel who are high in professional quality and have a
perfect mastery of operation. At the same time, via establishing the
normality production, teaching and research cooperative relationship
with domestic high-level R&D institutions such as South China
University of Technology and Guangdong Research Institute for Nonferrous
Metals etc., enhance further the research and development ability
of the enterprise and the executive force of the research and development
centre. The research and development centre has set up clear index
examining and encouraging mechanism, fully arousing the scientific
research personnel's working enthusiasm. Work division of every department
in the research and development centre is as follows:
New produce development centre:
Responsible for carrying on development of the new products according
to the research and development project assigned. By the company .
Testing center of door and window:
Responsible for installation and test of new products and doors and
windows.
Information centre:
Responsible for research and development of all kinds of application
software for the enterprise and management of technological files
and CAD design of mould.
Process group:
Responsible for tracking, detecting and debugging the production process
of new products and other products. |
